2024 - 2025 Choir Officer Information & Application

For anyone interested in being a Choir Officer for the 2024—2025, please read over the following information carefully and fill out the application below. Please also share the teacher recommendation with two of your current teachers to fill out. All application forms are due by Monday, April 8 at 5:00 PM.

Thank you for your interest in being a choir officer next year. Mr. Howden wants your ideas and input in helping the choirs to run and succeed during our next school year. Here are some things that will be expected of you as being a choir officer:
  1. Bi-Weekly meetings with your choir presidency (i.e. all A Cappella officers meet with each other every other week)
  2. Monthly meetings with all choir officers (1st Friday of every month 1—1:30 PM)
  3. Helping the day of (or the day before) to set up for concerts & arriving 45 min before call time to help finalize preparations and get everyone else checked in.
  4. Representing the choirs to the rest of the school (i.e. excellent attendance in all classes, maintaining 3.0 GPA, attending other school events, etc.)
  5. Building unity within your assigned choirs & among all of the choirs.
  6. Fulfilling the duties designated to your position (Click HERE below for a list of the various choir officer positions)
